By downloading, installing, or using the Safety Pin mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Safety Pin ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Safety Pin. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should have your parent or guardian review these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. Safety Pin is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Google account.

Safety Pin includes a built-in web browser for shopping. You acknowledge that:
All content, features, and functionality of Safety Pin — including but not limited to the logo, design, text, graphics, and software — are owned by Safety Pin and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App solely for personal use in accordance with these Terms.
Safety Pin is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
We do not warrant that defects will be corrected or that the App or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Safety Pin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to use the App in the preceding 12 months (or ₹0 if you used the free version).
The App may display links to or content from third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party sites through our browser is at your own risk.
Your use of Safety Pin is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Upon termination, all data stored locally on your device will remain until you delete the app.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Safety Pin (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
